Description
When I start the webstart project in the Botswana solution, the console often displays words such as "[WRN] Acquire lock for CrontabWatcher: locker failed due to after 00:00:30s timeout" on February 21, 2025 Then I open the BotSharp UI project, compile and run it, and open it“ http://localhost:5015 When the address is displayed, the browser shows "ERRVNet REFUSED. How can I locate the problem? Did I make a mistake in configuring my project
