Description
With the introduction of the NLPModels.jl wrapper, Optimization now has several wrappers and interfaces that are documented alongside the packages that provide optimizers. A clearer distinction between wrappers and optimizers can be achieved by creating a new tab in the navbar that groups these together under a different label

Research direction
Start by reviewing the documentation navigation and the pages that currently group wrappers with optimizers. Determine the appropriate label and placement for a separate non-optimizers tab, then verify that the wrapper and optimizer documentation appear under the intended groups and that the navigation builds successfully.
