On first look the following are the nuclear tasks for implementing this.

  • Add a Diffusion map routine in tandem with PCA
  • Collect data, by solving the problems they specify in the paper, using MOL.jl, add it to SciMLBenchmarks.
  • Implementing Model reconstruction
  • Test the fidelity of the reduced model.
