On first look the following are the nuclear tasks for implementing this.
- Add a Diffusion map routine in tandem with PCA
- Collect data, by solving the problems they specify in the paper, using MOL.jl, add it to SciMLBenchmarks.
- Implementing Model reconstruction
- Test the fidelity of the reduced model.
