Description

The downgrade tests are disabled because they are waiting on upstream dependency updates to pass.

Action Items

  • Wait for relevant dependency updates to be released
  • Re-enable the downgrade tests by removing if: false from .github/workflows/Downgrade.yml
  • Verify the downgrade tests pass

Research direction

Start with .github/workflows/Downgrade.yml and check whether the relevant upstream dependency updates have been released. Remove the if: false condition only when they are available, then verify that the downgrade tests pass. Done means the workflow runs the downgrade tests successfully.
