Instrument list for unauthenticated access

Hello SciCat developers,

first of all, the new feature of having an instrument list is great, we really appreciate it!

When trying it out, we wondered, if it's possible to have it (meaning /instruments) accessible by the anonymous (unauthenticated) user? Similar to the datasets view which is on the front page of catanie if I'm not wrong.

Can the accessibility of /instruments somehow be configured? A quick look into the source of catanie/catamel did not reveal such an option. While it would be possible (?) to set the access role to instruments in catamel to anonymous, there should be some changes needed in catanie as well, I presume - Thanks for any hints in that direction.
