Description\nExpand all stub skill files in the Reasoning category (02-reasoning) to v2 level as defined in the skill template and VERSIONING.md.\n\n## Requirements\nFor each skill file in skills/02-reasoning/:\n- Add a description (if missing)\n- Add typed I/O table (Inputs/Outputs)\n- Add a runnable Python example\n- Add a frameworks table (if applicable)\n- Add failure modes and edge cases\n- Add related skills section\n- Add version history/changelog\n- Ensure the skill follows the skill-template.md\n\n## Related\n- Roadmap v2.0: Expand ALL 515+ stubs\n- Skill template: CONTRIBUTING.md\n- Versioning: meta/VERSIONING.md
