Research direction

No files or tests are identified in the issue. Start by locating the library import entry point and the code that stores games, then define completion as repeated imports adding only new games while preserving separate console or Steam/PC associations for the same game.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

allow a user to import a library then if they add more games to that library they can just import again and only add whats new, this requires import to also apply the specific console (or steam/PC) to that game so people can have games registered on multiple platforms if say you own a game on PS5 AND Steam
