Provide a way to disable rich JSON editor on Android

Description

After we got the new rich JSON editor, it cause many bugs like: selection hang on, floating bar masking and more.

I can understand that rich editor is hard. For this moment, please provide a way to disable it (and the floating bar). The native TextView is poor but bugless.

Start from the Android graphical client's rich JSON editor and trace how the editor and floating bar are selected or configured. Add a user-accessible way to use the native TextView instead, then verify that both rich-editor behavior and the floating bar are disabled when the option is enabled.
