Description

Sing-box for Android stops working after switching from mobile network to wifi. I didn't find any other way to restore normal sing-box operation except phone reboot. Attached are outputs of "ip address" and "ip link" commands:
1.ip.txt - output of "ip address" command after phone reboot;
1.link.txt - output of "ip link" command after phone reboot;
2.ip.txt - output of "ip address" command after turning wifi OFF (switching to mobile network);
2.link.txt - output of "ip link" command after turning wifi OFF (switching to mobile network);
3.ip.txt - output of "ip address" command after turning wifi back ON (switching to wifi network);
3.link.txt - output of "ip link" command after turning wifi back ON (switching to wifi network);

I tried to switch to flight mode, stop and start sing-box but these actions do not resolve the issue.
Even LAN resources remain not available.
Downgrade to 1.13.18 also didn't help.

Start by reproducing the failure with the attached config.json on Android, switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi, then inspect the attached SFA log and the paired ip.txt and link.txt captures. Done means sing-box resumes normal proxy and LAN access after the network switch without requiring a phone reboot.
