在sing-box本体GUI上可以正常开启和关闭VPN，但是在控制中心添加的sing-box toggle点了完全没效果。

Reproduction

装sing-box，添加一个profile（我加的remote，不知道有没有关系），控制中心添加sing-box toggle，点这个toggle。

toggle无效的时候sing-box本身没有任何log，我用Console读取了iOS系统log：
