Pain
The Consulting Services homepage currently displays all services in a flat grid with equal visual weight. This makes it difficult for users to quickly identify SSW’s flagship offerings (e.g. AI services). Introduce a clear, tiered hierarchy for services so the most important offerings are displayed first and more prominently (e.g. larger or visually distinct cards). This work should be aligned with the current SSW website design direction. Before starting, confirm with Alex whether this is already covered in his ongoing design work.
Acceptance Criteria
- Consulting Services homepage presents services in a clear hierarchy rather than a flat, uniform grid.
- Flagship services (e.g. AI services) are visually more prominent than secondary services (size, placement, or styling).
- Primary services appear first and are immediately discoverable without searching.
- Visual treatment aligns with overall SSW website design standards.
- Designer input is incorporated (either via Alex’s existing design or new design exploration).
- Confirmed with Alex whether this requirement is already addressed before implementation begins.

Research direction
Start at the consulting services homepage and review the current services card grid, the linked screen-share video, and the screenshot. First confirm with Alex whether ongoing design work already covers this requirement. Done means flagship services are immediately prominent, the layout has a clear hierarchy, and the visual treatment matches SSW website standards.
