Pain

Update the character limits for the title and description fields in the page metadata section to align with SEO best practices. Change the title limit to 60 characters and the description limit to 155 characters. Add a link to 'Rules to better Google rankings'.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The title character limit is updated from 70 to 60 characters.
2. The description character limit is updated from 150 to 155 characters.
3. DRY - The information about number of characters is not repeated in the title. The description is enough
4. A "Learn more" link to 'Rules to Better Google Rankings' is added at the end of the description heading.

Start in the admin metadata editor at the linked Artificial Intelligence page and locate the title and description fields. Update the displayed limits and add the requested “Learn more” link at the end of the description heading, while removing repeated character-count information from the title. Confirm the four acceptance criteria in the editor.
