as per @micsblank 's feedback on email "Micaela - SSW Website Feedback"
The label UI/UX Design inferes it should go to
https://www.ssw.com.au/consulting/ui-ux-design
...instead of
https://www.ssw.com.au/consulting?tag=Design
But we want to keep the link consistent with all other menu items (go to a tag instead of a page)
Proposed solution
Rename menu item + the tag

1. Rename menu item label from
UI/UX Design
to
Creatives
OR
Design & Creatives (if we want to use the word "Design") -
2. Rename the tag from
Design
to
Creatives
This way all 4 here are consistent:
