Pain

The quote for Tylah Kapa on the brainstorming page is not rendering correctly due to incorrect markdown usage. The double star intended for bold formatting is not necessary and should be removed.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The quote for Tylah Kapa on the brainstorming page should render correctly without unnecessary bold formatting.
2. The double star markdown should be removed from the quote.
3. The page should display the quote in plain text without any markdown errors.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to the SSW Website (Dev - Next.js) at www.ssw.com.au.
2. Go to the brainstorming page.
3. Locate the quote for Tylah Kapa.
4. Observe the incorrect rendering of the quote due to double star markdown.

Open the SSW Website's brainstorming page and locate Tylah Kapa's quote. Remove the unnecessary double-star markdown from the quote, then verify that the page renders it as plain text without markdown errors.
