Pain

The SSW Website is displaying the Strasbourg office as 'open' when it should be 'closed' based on the current local time. This issue needs to be investigated and resolved to ensure accurate open/closed status for all offices.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The open/closed status for the Strasbourg office should accurately reflect the current local time.
2. The open/closed status for all other offices should remain accurate.
3. The fix should be tested across different time zones to ensure consistency.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to the SSW Website at www.ssw.com.au.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says 'Contact Us'.
3. Locate the opening and closing hours and the open/closed flag for the Strasbourg office.
4. Check the current local time in Strasbourg.
5. Verify that the open/closed status matches the current local time.

Start at the SSW Website footer's Contact Us section and trace how the Strasbourg office's opening hours and open/closed flag are calculated. Reproduce the issue against Strasbourg local time, then test the corrected behavior across time zones while confirming other offices remain accurate.
