Pain

The home page is not visible in list of pages for the SSW Website when filtering by title.

Acceptance Criteria
  1. The home page should be visible when sorting by title
  2. The home page should not require a search to be found in the list of pages.
  3. The list of pages should display all pages based at the root, including the home page.
Reproduce Steps
  1. Navigate to the Tina editor for the SSW Website.
  2. Use the search bar at the top and sort by title ascending.
  3. Observe that the home page disappears from the search results.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the problem at the Tina editor URL for the SSW Website, filtering the page list by title and sorting ascending. Trace the page-listing and filtering behavior from that entry point. Done means the root-level home page appears in the initial sorted list without requiring a search, along with all other root-level pages.
