Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As per my conversation with Caleb, Betty and Louis, the email-input and submit button portion of the image-text-block component had no planned usage right now (and we need to know the intended usage to implement it meaningfully... ex. opens a Jot form).

Figure – the email-input and submit button capture.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Follow up with the marketing team on what functionality options should be provided.
  • Implement the UI for the email-input portion of the image-text block.
  • Implement on-submit functions.

Aside
This has been moved out of issue #3316 and added to the end of the epic, as Louis wants to consider usage options first.

Research direction

Start by locating the image-text-block component in the Next.js website and clarify the intended email-capture behavior with the marketing team. Done means the email-input UI is implemented and its submit behavior matches an agreed usage option.
