Description
We recently discovered that some redirects are still being implemented on the internal IIS server. For consistency and easier maintenance, these redirects should be moved to Cloudflare.
- Work with SysAdmins to get all those redirects
- Implement those redirects on Cloudflare

Research direction
No repository file or test is identified. Start by working with SysAdmins to inventory the redirects on the internal IIS server, then implement that complete set in Cloudflare; done means the redirects no longer depend on IIS.
