As per my conversation With Ulysses the JOTForm for the contact us page defaults to a particular state when the location is changed. It should default to "Please Select".
Steps
- Clone the existing JOTform
- Add a new field to the "state" selector called "please select"
- Add a validation check that prevents the form from being submitted of a state is not selected
- Verify that the changes to the JOTform will not affect the existing power automate workflow
- Replace the old JOTform with the clone
Additional information
This issue affects multiple pages (i.e. the Web applications page). Ideally this fix should cascade to those pages as well.
