Hi Team!
Pain
During the spring review, the AI team needs to clearly show adoption/usage stats for released products (Tiger, Cheetah, and SophieGPT). Today, this information is not being tracked and/or surfaced in a place suitable for sharing (e.g., spring review email), which makes it hard to communicate impact.
Acceptance Criteria
- Adoption/usage metrics for Tiger are captured and can be reported (e.g., active users and/or usage events over time).
- Adoption/usage metrics for Cheetah are captured and can be reported.
- Adoption/usage metrics for SophieGVT are captured and can be reported.
- A single summary view suitable for the spring review email can be generated, showing the above metrics in a readable format.
- The summary can be updated for each spring review period without code changes (e.g., by updating a date range or configuration).

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the repository structure and how Tiger, Cheetah, and SophieGPT currently expose usage data, then identify the reporting path and configuration for review periods. Done means each product has reportable adoption metrics and a readable, date-configurable summary view.
