Description

Cc: @jaydenalchin @adamcogan @leehawkinsssw

To myself @tiagov8 ,

Pain

Not happy with the styling of h4, h5, and h6 for Rules. I've been avoid to use them because of that.
as per @leehawkinsssw: "it's too similar to normal text to stand out as a sub-heading"

Also, the "img-medium" class for images is too small at 400px.

See examples here: https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/rule

Tasks
  1. Improve h4, h5, and h6 look and feel
  2. Increase "img-medium" from 400px to 600px

Research direction

Locate the stylesheet or styling entry point used by the Rules pages, then inspect the current h4, h5, h6, and img-medium rules. Verify the rendered examples at https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/rule; done means the subheadings are visually distinct and img-medium displays at 600px.
