Describe the Bug
Getting an API_ERROR when trying to save a new rule in Netlify.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use Netlify + button to create a new rule
- Add required fields and hit 'Save'
Expected Behavior
Rule draft would save and be ready to be changed to 'In review'
