UX/UI - Can We Improve the Rating System?

I feel that the current ratings system is unnecessarily convoluted and somewhat messy. To improve this system and the UX of rating a rule I'm making these suggestions, listed from the smallest to largest changes:

1. Profile Page UI - Pluralise the ratings tabs for consistency with Bookmarks and Comments
- Ideally, I would rename "Agree" to "Like" and "Disagree" to "Dislike".
- These would then be displayed as on the profile page "Likes" and "Dislikes" instead of Agreements/Disagreements

2. Remove either the rating labels or the icons from the tabs at the top of the profile page. Align them to the right, matching the placement of the filters suggested in https://github.com/SSWConsulting/SSW.Rules/issues/505
- This reduces clutter and creates consistency and intention between these tabs and the filters.

3. Clean UI - Remove the "Rate" heading from the rating section on rules pages
- This cleans up the UI significantly.
- Headings for rule Authors and Categories make sense, but users don't require labels to know what the ratings section is about.
4. Change "No Way" to "Flag" (with flag icon). Remove the "Make a Suggestion" link to github issues and instead create a popup prompt on clicking "Flag" that asks users if they would like to create a github issue with the relevant link.
- Why would a user click "No Way" instead of "Dislike"? If there's an issue and something needs changing!

5. Replace both Bookmarks and Love Its with Favourites
- If we want to allow users to "super like" rules, we should simply rebrand Bookmarks to Favourites.
- Bookmarks and Likes make "Love its" feel redundant.
- Likes and Dislikes provide a better dichotomy of ratings/reactions
- If we want to gather a wider variety of ratings than Like/Dislike, a 5-star rating system would work much better.

Start by reviewing the current rating UI, then read related issues #250 and #505 and the screenshots in this issue. The proposal covers several alternative changes across profile and rule pages, so first establish which subset is approved. Done would mean the agreed rating experience is implemented consistently across the affected screens.
