Description

Hi @bradystroud ,

When I change a rule url, it seems to break the category linking for that url if the category isn't also updated.

  1. Redirect urls in categories should still maintain the category linking for that rule.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the rule and category-linking flow: change a rule URL while leaving its category unchanged, then inspect the resulting links and redirects. Done means the rule remains linked to its category and the category no longer retains the old redirect as an orphaned rule.
