Description

Hi team,

I expected my name (last updated by) to be clickable here:

Ideally, if it is an SSW employee, it would open their SSW.People profile in a new tab
If an external person, then to the github profile OR no link at all

Research direction

Inspect the rules page UI where the “last updated by” name appears and trace how editor identity information is rendered. Implement the agreed link behavior for SSW employees and external contributors, with completion shown by the displayed name opening the appropriate profile or remaining unlinked.
