Pain

Improve the user experience on Rules V3 (TinaCMS) across mobile and desktop by refining the login flow, making bookmarked rules easier to access, and updating the RulesGPT experience. The current login interaction appears visually inconsistent compared to the GitHub sign-in modal. Users also find saved bookmarks difficult to locate after logging in. Additionally, RulesGPT should be more accessible while browsing rules, particularly on desktop.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The login flow displays a consistent modal or popup experience across authentication steps, including GitHub sign-in.
2. The login UI is reviewed and optimized for mobile responsiveness.
3. A bookmark icon is added to the top navigation near the existing RulesGPT, create, and help/question mark actions.
4. Selecting the bookmark icon displays the user's saved/bookmarked rules.
5. The bookmark shortcut is accessible on both mobile and desktop views.
6. On desktop, RulesGPT is available as a persistent chatbot experience anchored in the bottom-right corner of the page.
7. Users can continue browsing rules while interacting with RulesGPT.
8. The updated navigation and chatbot experience do not obstruct core page functionality or responsiveness.

Start by inspecting the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) navigation and authentication experience, including the existing RulesGPT, create, help, and GitHub sign-in actions. Review the mobile and desktop views first; done means consistent login UI, accessible bookmarked rules, and a persistent desktop RulesGPT experience that does not obstruct browsing.
