Pain

There is an Azure resource group named ssw-rules-tina-staging associated with the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) project that appears to be no longer in use. It has likely been replaced by a newer resource group without "Tina" in the name. This resource group contains an App Service Plan costing approximately $20/month. Please verify whether any active workloads depend on this resource group and, if not, delete the resource group and all contained resources to reduce unnecessary Azure costs.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm whether the resource group ssw-rules-tina-staging is referenced or used by any active environments or pipelines.
2. If the resource group is confirmed unused, delete the resource group and all associated Azure resources.
3. Verify that deletion does not impact the current Rules V3 (TinaCMS) staging or production environments.
4. Azure costs are reduced by removing the unused App Service Plan.

Start by checking whether the Azure resource group ssw-rules-tina-staging is referenced by active environments or pipelines. Compare it with the current Rules V3 (TinaCMS) staging and production environments, then verify that the App Service Plan and other resources are unused before deletion. Done means the group is removed without impacting those environments and the associated Azure cost is reduced.
