Description
While I was reading through a rule, I may have found myself really liking what I read and wanting to bookmark it for future use.
The page has a rating at the end which appears to be a simple thumb up/thumb down system, with a star (like in GitHub) that indicates bookmarking and seemed naturally placed for bookmarking. I found that it is actually a "Really Like" rating at a point I want to make the decision to bookmark the rule.

Figure: Ratings at the end of a rule - the star appears to be a bookmark such as in GitHub, and would make sense to have a bookmark here

Research direction
Start by locating the rule page's rating UI and reviewing how ratings are rendered and persisted. Confirm the intended bookmark control and saved-state behavior with maintainers; done should include a bookmark button near the ratings that clearly supports bookmarking without changing the existing rating behavior.
