As per my conversation with @adamcogan , the mockup below is approved.
As per my conversation with @designbyalex , the left nav design is approved.

We want to improve the readability and scanability of the home page, thus the mockup shows below changes,

• Added a left nav panel - Easier skimming of the rules content
• Added a "Most Used" stat card on the right - Help new user with a quick overview of the most important rules
• Upgraded the search box to be AI-powered - Integrate the RulesGPT button into a single search entry
