Pain

Enhance the user workflow by improving the save confirmation process. After saving a rule, display a clear 'Document Saved' label and provide a direct link to the Pull Request (PR) for easy access.

Acceptance Criteria
  1. After saving a rule, a 'Document Saved' label is displayed prominently.
  2. A direct link to the Pull Request (PR) is provided immediately after saving.
  3. The save confirmation label is green to indicate success.
  4. The link to the PR is easily accessible and visible to the user.
