Pain
Add a feature to Rules V3 (TinaCMS) that allows users to filter and view rules created by specific authors within the last year. This will aid in the annual review process.
Acceptance Criteria
- Users can select a specific author from a list or search bar.
- The system displays all rules created by the selected author within the last year.
- The feature is accessible from the main rules page.
- The feature is intuitive and easy to use.
- Ensure the feature is tested and works across all supported browsers.
