Pain

Create a new rule for selecting induction bodies with guidelines for state managers, link it to an existing rule, and add it to the content chooser template.

Acceptance Criteria

1. A new rule is created outlining guidelines for selecting induction bodies.
2. The new rule is linked to the existing rule 'Do you know how to make newcomers feel welcome'.
3. The new rule is added to the content chooser template.
4. The rule includes guidelines such as: dev buddies should be another developer not naturally dealt with, billable non-devs should have a developer buddy, and non-devs should have an admin buddy not from their own team.
5. Ensure the rule is added to the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) backlog under the 'Induction Body' section.

Start with the existing rule at https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/rules-to-better-induction/ and inspect the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) content chooser template and its Induction Body section. Create the induction-body guidelines, link it to “Do you know how to make newcomers feel welcome,” and confirm the new rule appears in the template and backlog with all listed buddy guidelines.
