Pain
Add a dropdown menu to the migration website that allows users to select their preferred language for translation, similar to the existing functionality on the YakShaver website.
Acceptance Criteria
- A dropdown menu is present on the migration website.
- Users can select between English, Chinese, and French languages.
- The selected language translates the website content accordingly.
- The dropdown functionality matches the existing YakShaver website.
