Pain

Implement a carousel feature on the homepage for each category in the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) project. Ensure the carousel is responsive and displays correctly on mobile devices.

Acceptance Criteria

  2. The carousel UI matches the new design specifications.
  3. The carousel is fully responsive and functions correctly on mobile devices.
