Once the new url is working - ssw.com.au/rulesgpt, setup a redirect from rulesgpt.ssw.com.au

- [x] Change Blazor basehref to /rulesgpt on deploy (Github Actions)
- [ ] Configure CORS for stage vs prod, & new ssw.com.au/rulesgpt origin
- [ ] Merge update to SSW.FrontDoor to route ssw.com.au/rulesgpt to new origin group
