As per my conversation with @tiagov8, this category is not necessary as interfaces are related to interactions (UI and UX) while these rules are mostly visual-only. We need to move this category's content into other places and delete the category.
- Investigate each rule on this page
- Decide where it should be moved to
- Once all rules have been moved, delete the category
