Description
Recently when opening the Copy Config Extended, on all our Partner IDs this error appeared:
Permission denied
{
"callId": "xxx",
"context": {
"id": "emailTemplates",
"targetApiKey": "the_first_parent_apikey_of_the_partner"
},
"errorCode": 403007,
"errorDetails": "Invalid namespace 'accounts.policies.emailTemplates' or method 'getConfig' or you do not have the required permissions to call it. ",
"errorMessage": "Permission denied",
"apiVersion": 2,
"statusCode": 403,
"statusReason": "Forbidden",
"time": "2025-08-07T12:48:38.235Z"
}
We are all using admin accounts, and appears on all out partners, with different settings etc., so it's not related to environment settings.
Thanks
Marco

Research direction
Start by reproducing the error when opening Copy Config Extended, then trace the request for accounts.policies.emailTemplates and getConfig using the reported 403 response. Check the behavior across the partner IDs and admin accounts described in the issue. Done means the feature opens without the permission-denied error.
