Share an object with a specific user or group (lab)

The sharing/permissions tab allows you to assign objects to groups, but doesn't allow you to assign it to different users.

Make an auto-complete with usernames and allow adding read/write permission that way

James adds: Keep in mind at the time of this comment this wont work for variant classifications (as variant classifications routinely trash their permissions and re-establish them in fix_permissions).
