Ontology Related data v2

* On OntologyTerm page, we currently only show classifications / patients etc if it's an exact match for the ontology, not taking into account the hierarchy, ie "cancer" won't show AML - add a toggle where it also shows sub-terms

* Add links to ontology term from any term without a link (eg patients page, view patient page)

* Discuss whether we should link all ontology (eg on gene page) to our internal page. I think Sarah asked to change it to external, though our page may be better now
