Description
The barcodes are set on the sequencer, and are supposed to match up with the SampleSheet.csv - it's this metrics file that is used as input for Illuminate
When TAU team split up their pool party into separate sequencing run directories by enrichment kit, they edit the SampleSheet.csv so it diverges from the metrics data on the sequencer.
We should only add the data that's in the SampleSheet.csv for the graphs
