Description
* extract out igv stuff from grid.js, and not rely on global variables being set (ie have ability to pass all values you need to be able to set IGV)
* IGV link on variant page doesn't set the genome properly (need IGV data to set genome build?) - (vc_links.js generateIgv)
* variant_details.html .igv-link and .igv-link-container could be removed as we have quick-link IGV link now
