Description
* Patient page - make sure that multiple samples assigned to a patient are related, otherwise give a warning etc
* Make a "related / duplicate samples" page, which allows you to go through and examine which samples are the same (SomalierRelatePairs) and give warnings if they don't have the same patient etc.
