Classify & Report - know patient but not sample

When you tag beneath a SampleNode configured with patient (multiple VCFs) - a sample is not assigned as you don't know which one is applicable

You can see it on classify & Report - but then if you launch create_for_variant_tag - you have all the samples come up.

We do know the patient, so it might be worth passing the patient, and restricting the samples to those linked to that
