Quick links on allele page do not work as expected for mitochondrial variants

Description
Currently on the allele page - if you go to quick links for a mito variant the following happens in Shariant prod and test
GRCh37 - shows as GRCh38 links
GRCh38 - shows as loading (but doesn't load)
I think the classification record quick links work as expected (i.e. show quick links for the imported genome build)
