Description
First find the Shariant stuff, and use that as a base.
A lot of things have changed since then though
* contig / header renaming
* bcftools norm
* chromosome renaming
* ref/alt swap - and why
Initially document in a wiki, then send off to Grace/Emma so they can use/update Google docs for any future papers
