Classification Evidence Keys - auto populate - put back raw pathogenicity scores

We moved to rankscore, but raw scores are used in ACMGv4 in PP3_supporting

So, we put back the raw scores. I can't remember if we added rankscore evidence key columns, or just inserted the rankscores in there or what. We should use the raw ones as that's what people want.

Looked and only thing that had `EvidenceKey.objects.filter(pk__icontains='rankscore')` was `alphamissense_rankscore`
