Bug related to the RustPython `rich` vendor on Windows 11 25H2.

Pillow won't compile because RustPython doesn't have complete C bindings (I know this), but this error is strange because it's not related to compilation—it's a bug related to the vendor-specific version of rich on Windows 11 25H2.

I'm using the latest version from the main branch.

Reproduce pip install pillow on Windows 11 25H2 using the main branch, then trace the failure from pip/_internal/cli/progress_bars.py into the vendored rich files shown in the stack trace, especially _win32_console.py. Done means the reported download interruption no longer ends with the unsupported argument type error.
