We're currently really inconsistent with our diagnostics style, e.g. some start with uppercase, some lowercase. We should change them to match rustc's style (casing, language style, etc.).

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or diagnostic entry points. First locate the compiler diagnostic definitions and compare their casing and language style with rustc; done means the diagnostics follow a consistent rustc-like style across the affected messages.
