Description

While docusaurus is pretty industry standard, it requires js/ts knowledge and node.

There are rust web frameworks, and while they have fewer components and libraries available they may be the right choice for rust-based contributors. We should think about the tradeoffs carefully.

Some examples:

Their marketing websites are open source too and we could crib off them.
