Description
When using the manual grading page, math notation doesn't render within cardsort (or dragndrop in Runestone lingo) premises or responses when the problems were authored in PreTeXt source. We've seen this appear in multiple pretext books, including ULA and FCLA.
I've checked that short answer and parsons are behaving fine. I haven't had opportunity to check the newer matching. Everything seems to render fine in-context and on the assignment page, so it's just the manual grading page that has an issue.
Cardsort can be autoscored, so perhaps the manual grading page isn't even really the best place to view student work, expecially on wider problems like cardsort, matching, and parsons. But is there a different place to view what the student did on problems like these and not just the scores?

I don't see errors in the console, but I included what I do see that looks like attempts to render things, as well as screenshots from two different books showing the behavior.

Reproduce the issue with question ula-proteus__ula-proteus-1-2-augmented-system-v1 in the PROTEUS Checkpoints Section 1.2 assignment, then compare the rendering attempts and browser console behavior. Done means math notation displays in both premises and responses on the manual grading page.
